About Me

I’m a mom of three amazing kids with 28 years of experience in all the school options. We loved the private elementary and high schools our oldest daughter attended but decided to homeschool our two youngest.

Wanting to travel as a family, we started homeschooling in 2013 with the caveat that we would only do this if it worked for ALL of us. Eleven years later, we’re still all in.

Over the years, we’ve seen our children through public and private traditional school settings, in the US, Europe, and New Zealand, and the most creative travel and adventure-school adaptations one can imagine. We have homeschooled while traveling the world on both land and sea.

Our oldest daughter graduated from Northeastern University and earned her Master’s in Linguistics from SOAS University of London. Our middle child is a competitive sailor and artist; she graduated from our homeschool in 2022 and now attends Connecticut College. Our youngest is a high school Senior who loves Model UN and piano and plays baseball night and day. He will attend Williams College in the fall of 2024.

Each of our kids is either in college, college-complete, or college-bound.

How it works.

We start with a 15-minute introduction email. You tell me about your family, kids’ ages and grades, and general school concerns. If we’re a good fit and you’re excited to start, book your 30 or 60-minute planning sessions with me.

It’s that easy! We discuss your top challenges and concerns via email, phone, or video call. With any consultation, I will also follow up with website links, articles, and other resources that are relevant to your specific needs.

I am not affiliated with any programs (unless expressly stated) and will provide unbiased, informed advice based on my years of parenting, homeschooling, public/private school, and college-parent experiences.

No two

educational paths are the same.

There is no specific instruction manual for a child’s educational journey. Every child is unique, and every home and family is different. We will start by researching state requirements (if needed), then integrate your child’s needs and passions with the family’s priorities and dynamics. Before committing to a new school or deciding to homeschool, you want to be sure your family, home life, and child feel supported. One of the fundamentals of every school solution is that the education plan is fluid. If you have multiple kiddos, they may each learn a different way, requiring a different educational journey.

Book an appointment.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to hear more about the benefits of private school or the flexibility of homeschooling. Perhaps you want to be sure your teens have what it takes to get into the college they choose. Maybe you already know your middle child is not interested in college, so how do you document their education beyond a high school diploma? Or maybe you are a seasoned parent looking for inspiration or ideas to incorporate into your child’s education.

Send me an email, and we will arrange a time to talk. Whatever your school needs, I am judgment-free and right by your side.

Start with a free 15 minute chat and see if my ‘all-school’ coaching is right for you.

There’s no commitment, pressure, or obligation.
